Privacy policy

When you join the beta, we receive:

• your work email address
• your answers to the signup questions (current tool, biggest pain, how often you meet with clients, and anything you add)
• which language version of this site you saw, and where you signed up on the page
• the campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters) and the page that referred you

We also count page views and button clicks to learn which parts of the site work. PostHog and Vercel do this without cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies so it can tell new visits from returning ones.

• to invite you to the beta and keep you updated about it
• to understand which problems matter most, so we build the right thing

We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

• Formspark receives and stores the signup form.
• PostHog records anonymous page views and clicks.
• Google Analytics records page views, clicks and visits.
• Vercel hosts this website and counts anonymous page views.
• Cloudflare runs our domain and forwards email you send to hello@getquietnote.com to our inbox, which is hosted by Google.

Some of these services store data outside the EU, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the safeguards those providers offer, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else.

We keep your signup until the beta ends, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@getquietnote.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or to the authority where you live.
